Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the unit’s server infrastructure, including web servers, file servers and database systems
• Ensure computing systems are secure and exposed to minimal risk
• Develop guidelines for the installation of workstation operating systems and the applications that staff and students will use during their work
• Install and maintain laptop and workstation operating systems, and desktop applications
• Provide timely and effective advice and support to client
• Provide timely and effective training for clients
