I study the composition and dynamic of phytoplankton communities in various ecosystems. In particular, I investigate the relationship between phytoplankton distribution, composition and dynamic and the surrounding environment, to determine the effect of environmental changes on phytoplankton biology and ecology.
|
This includes processes such as : |

phytoplankton species dynamic in different ecosystems |

determination of the nanostructure of diatoms frustules |
(3) |
hydroclimatic forcing from local to global scales |
(4) |
impact of raising salinity and temperature levels |
My research focuses on the study of phytoplankton species and combines field and laboratory works, numerical analysis and simulation to assess the relation between phytoplankon species and the changing environment.
