ResearchCereal Micronutrient Biotechnology
Biotechnology has always been a fascinating field of research. With such a broad scope of applications, I chose to undertake Plant Biotechnology. After completing a summer scholarship at the Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics at Waite, SA, I chose to continue in the field and investigated plant disease resistance in my Honours year at Flinders. Since then I have begun my PhD both with Flinders University and ACPFG. During this time I aim to research micronutrient transport in cereal crops such as rice. SupervisorA/Prof James Stangoulis
