Current honours students

Andrew Murphy

In a collaborative project with Professor Stanley Fox of Oklahoma State University (http://zoology.okstate.edu/zoo_fclt/fox.htm). Andrew is investigating the relatedness of aggregations of Liolaemus leopardinus using microsatellite markers. These animals have levels of sociality and parental care which are unusual for lizards.

Aidin Langford

Aidin is examining possible mechanisms for diversification in the arid zone. We are using sleepy lizards as our model species and looking for morphological changes in the face of geneflow across an ecological gradient. This project is in collaboration with Professor Steve Donnellan at the South Australian Museum.
